We are now hiring a Learning & Performance Development (L&PD) Lead for our upcoming opening in Brazil.
Brazil will become the newest market within region Southern Hemisphere and during the first years it is important to understand, secure and build a relevant customer experience. The market has great growth potential, and you will work closely with the regional team to achieve results while driving a fast-paced expansion. As a L&PD Lead, you will lead and drive all Learning and Performance Development (L&PD) solutions connected to learning, performance, and leadership development in the sales market, ensuring alignment with business objectives, seamless integration and implementation of global and regional L&PD strategies at market level.
Key Responsibilities
Implement H&M Group global strategies for L&PD on a market level, integrating them seamlessly into the business strategy.Collaborate with Regional/Sales Market stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the learning & performance development processes.As a part of the Sales Market HR Team, you oversee people and leadership development programs to secure a holistic training approach that supports all functions within the market. Support change management efforts to enable the adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviors.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.Partner with Regional L&PD Community to share best practice and drive continuous improvements across the group.Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and colleagues, to gather feedback and secure an intake process regarding learning needs and performance gaps.Together with leaders in the market drive a learning and contribution culture Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth among employees by promoting and facilitating opportunities for skill development and career advancement.Provide coaching and tailored leadership development plans, addressing specific skills and competence gaps.Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
Able to speak both Portuguese and English at an advanced or fluent level.Formal education within the HR field (or similar)University degree or equivalent credentials and certifications5+ years of strategic L&PD leadership experience5+ years working in a people leadership roleProven ability implementing a comprehensive Learning & Performance Development StrategySuccess in completing a L&PD needs analysisDemonstrated ability to drive enterprise-wide Performance improvementExperience with various Leadership models and Adult learning theories
Additional Information
This is a full-time position and will be based in São Paulo, Brazil and will reports to the HR Manager for Brazil and dotted line to the Regional L&PD Manager for Southern Hemisphere Region.
