The role involves operating CNC machines, loading raw materials, and inspecting parts using micrometers and calipers. You will work with both manual and automatic machines, including those with robotic arms, and follow basic work instructions to ensure high-quality production. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. + Load raw material into the machines. + Utilize micrometers and calipers to inspect parts as they come off the machine. + Read and follow basic work instructions. + Work with both manual and automatic machines, including those with robotic arms. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in machine operation, specifically CNC machines. + Ability to conduct quality inspections using micrometers and calipers. + Mechanical inclination with at least 6+ months of relevant experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with various CNC machines such as CNC Mills/Lathes, Routers, injection mold, extrusion, or printing. + Experience inspecting parts in manufacturing. + Strong interest in learning and operating CNC machines. + Ability to articulate interest and ask insightful questions during the interview. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a competitive shift differential of $3 for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and a long-term culture with good benefits and ample overtime opportunities.
