**Summary:**
In this role, the Learning, Culture & Development Intern will be responsible for driving forward projects in support of critical Learning, Culture & Development priorities. The intent is to have a primary project that they can deliver on and based on capacity we will give them exposure to several other projects in order to give them a rounding of experiences and cross-departmental exposure. The intern will report to the Manager, Culture & Change, but may have direct supervision by appropriate personnel specific to the project assigned. They should plan on working 40hours a week. The internship is anticipated to run for 8 weeks, beginning in June and ending in August.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
The intern will deliver one priority project and then may support multiple initiatives that may include experiences highlighted below.
+ Process improvement
+ Project management
+ Development of resources used in various training programs
+ Analytical projects used to assess needs or effectiveness
+ Other projects that may be surfaced
**Required Skills:**
+ Intern should be competent in using core office software such as a word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation software. Preference for advanced skills in using applications such as Lucid Charts, Visio, Asana, Canva, Adobe InDesign, etc.
+ Experienced in writing with a professional and clear voice and structure.
+ Demonstrated ability to think analytically, be curious and solve problems.
+ Demonstrated initiative and drive for results.
+ Demonstrated ability to connect with people and navigate newly formed connections productively.
**Required Education/Experience:**
+ Enrolled in a program related HR, Learning, Industrial Psychology, or Instructional Design
+ Must be at least 18
+ Prior experience in HR, Training, or Instructional Design a strong plus
