Job DescriptionLearning Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify skills gaps and learning needs within the organization, recommending relevant solutions.Competency Framework Development: Design and update competency models to ensure alignment with evolving organizational goals and industry standards.Training Program Design & Implementation: Develop, implement, and oversee targeted training programs to enhance employee competencies across all levels.Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Work with external training providers and partners to deliver high-quality learning experiences.Learning culture development in Bosch China.

QualificationsHigh learning agility (esp. high curiosity and willingness to change)Around 7-10 years experiences in learning, leadership and competence development.HR Business Partner experiences is a mandatory.High customer/user focusPassionate and influential personalityStrong collaboration and facilitation skillsGood presentation skill and data analysis skillFluent English in written and communication
