Learning and Adoption /E- Training Lead-Must come from law firm

Our global client is seeking an  E-Training Lead who will create and deliver in-person and virtual instructor-led technology training across applications and platforms.  Adoption is key.

 

Responsibilities

Determine training programs needed across the organization. Design and implement in-person and virtual training sessions using web-based applications and other available technology Provide coaching as needed. Gather and document training content feedback Create training documents and content using tools available Work with other IT departments to help ensure adoption of new technology. Develop questions for students to answer to determine comprehension and retention of course materials Participate in application pilot programs Evaluate and prioritize training, tasks, processes, and projects. Keep abreast of IT and Learning industry trends.

 

Qualifications

5+ years training on Microsoft Office and Windows 10 5 + years training on iOS and Android technologies. Design experience using tools such as Microsoft Word and Articulate Rise. Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical staff. Ability to pivot and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong creative thinking, writing and documentation skills. Likes to stay ahead of and learn new technologies
