Job DescriptionThe Learning and Development Office (LDO) at Fannie Mae seeks a seasoned talent development and HR professional to serve as the Advisor, Leadership Development as a key member of the Talent Development team, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Talent Development. This position plays a critical role developing and leading a comprehensive portfolio of highly interrelated, strategically aligned work in the leadership development space that includes building capability in talent programs, coaching, mentorship, and integrated and learning. The leadership development work will be closely aligned to and integrated with career development workstream, also under the talent development umbrella. The Advisor is responsible for providing guidance to a team of talent development professionals, supporting the strategic direction of the function.
