Due to continued growth, we are excited to add a Learning & Development Associate to our Corporate Support Team. This role is a hybrid opportunity, with 50% required travel to assigned branches. We are looking for candidates in the Rochester, NY or Syracuse, NY area but due to the travel associated with the role, we will consider candidates outside of those two locations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Learning and Development Champion:
+ Plan and execute learning initiatives to support organizational goals.
+ Collaborate with leaders to align L&D efforts with strategic goals.
+ Promote and integrate leadership development and non-technical skills.
+ Nurture an understanding of leadership as a learned skill within the organization.
+ Program Developer/Facilitator/Instructor:
+ Develop and implement training aligned with organizational goals.
+ Collaborate with branches to identify high-impact training needs.
+ Ensure training products remain relevant and valuable.
+ Talent Acquisition & Development Partner:
+ Identify talent needs and facilitate talent acquisition and partnerships.
+ Work with HR and branches to support organizational growth.
+ Promote L&D as essential to organizational success.
+ Innovation Driver:
+ Lead process improvement and innovation efforts.
+ Enhance communication across the organization.
+ Foster process analysis and digital transformation.
+ Cultivate Learning:
+ Create a culture where learning is demanded and applied.
+ Increase accessibility and engagement in learning opportunities.
+ Promote intellectual curiosity and support individual development plans.
+ Business Analyst/Company Support Partner:
+ Collaborate on vision, goals, and business analysis techniques.
+ Position DU L&D as a success partner to branches and departments.
+ Customer Service/Support:
+ Establish strong relations with internal and external customers.
+ Manage accounts receivable to balance customer and organizational needs.

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,00 depending on experience
