Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for all levels of employees, including new hires, current employees, and management
- Conduct training sessions on a variety of topics, including customer service, leadership, and technical skills
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, such as presentations, videos, and e-learning modules
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs to address them
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to enhance training programs

Work Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning software
