As an Learning and Development Facilitator, you will present orientation and training to new hires, deploy recertification trainings, and assist with the development and roll out of new trainings in accordance with Devereux Corporate, DCF, or other statute, regulating and/or contractual obligations. Methods of facilitation include in-person presentations, video conferencing and eLearning.
