Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides behavioral health programs in residential or outpatient settings, as well as performs case management services to families in the child welfare system. As an Learning and Development Facilitator, you will present orientation and training to new hires, deploy recertification trainings, and assist with the development and roll out of new trainings in accordance with Devereux Corporate, DCF, or other statute, regulating and/or contractual obligations. Methods of facilitation include in-person presentations, video conferencing and eLearning. The individual working in this role must be able to demonstrate leadership and be able to effectively direct individual/group activities.
Position Details:
Salary: Starts at $20.25 - 23.91 / hr (rate is based on education and relevant experience)
Schedule: Full time position; Monday-Friday 9am-5pm in office
