Bell Partners is seeking to hire a summer intern to support the learning and development team. The preferred candidate must be a Business Administration enthusiastic and Talent Development (HR) drive student (or related degree). The student must be prepared to work in a fast-paced and creative environment, gaining experience and knowledge in various aspects of Learning, Performance and Talent Management.Over the course of the internship, you will assist the members of our Learning and Development team with assigned initiatives and projects such as; learning management system set up, learning communications and marketing, class preparation and planning, learning design and other people development tasks.
Responsibilities: You will be joining our learning and development team to:
Support projects and initiativesAssist with learning management system set upPartner with our instructional designers and course developersAssist with learning data and metrics analysisPrepare materials and logistics for training eventsIn our exciting opportunity as an intern, you will enjoy:

You must be a student currently pursuing a degree in a business, organizational development, learning and development or HR field of studyBe available to work 40 hours per week for 9 weeks during the summerHave at least 1 semester left (post-internship)Eager to learn and grow professionallyStrong communicator/influencer with the ability to work with a diverse teamHigh learning agility and able to formulate adequate solutions in complex situationsMust be hands-on with a bias for action and be flexible to meet the needs of our growing companyWhat’s in it for you?
