POSITION SUMMARY
The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for providing company-wide support for the implementation and execution of training and workforce development programs. The Learning and Development Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for training inquiries, training workshops, and leadership development programs. This role will coordinate the logistics of training, partner with departments and leaders throughout the organization to understand training and development needs, and track learning progress.
