Position Summary:
The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing and executing a global people development strategy.  This includes developing, implementing, and managing innovative learning and development programs to advance Perforce leadership capabilities and align with our mission and values. This role focuses on enhancing skills, knowledge, and performance of our workforce globally. This role has a special focus on developing managers and leaders, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth on a global scale.   This role is a dual role of defining the strategy and creating, facilitating and coordinating the training delivery.  Responsibilities: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning objectives across critical roles.Manage the learning management system to enable tracking, assigning, and updating learning paths.Develop and implement innovative training programs leveraging multi-modal methods, utilizing various instructional techniques and formats.Design and produce engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, presentations, and other educational materials.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.Work closely with Diversity and Site Manager to develop and implement training and initiatives that support diversity recruitment, retention, and advancement. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, and evaluate their effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.Analyze training data and metrics to measure the impact and success of learning initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in learning and development to enhance training programs.Provide guidance and support to employees, managers, and HR regarding learning opportunities, career development, and professional growth.Demonstrate behavior consistent with Perforce’s mission, vision, and values dailyAbility to build strong, constructive relationships with a diverse range of individual and organizational partners, where common goals can be discovered, jointly shared and owned for maximum impactPartner cross-functionally across the People Team, and with key stakeholders to drive future programming and learning opportunities. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Experience implementing and managing blended learning approaches.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and measure the effectiveness of training programs.Experience working in a global corporate environment or across diverse industries.Familiarity with multimedia tools and technologies for content creation (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360).Advanced skills in PowerPoint and creating professional quality slides are highly desirableProficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and Articulate Storyline and Rise or other eLearning software/tools.Must be able to sit & stand for long periods of time.Accessibility: If you need accommodation as part of the employment process, please contact Human Resources.Desired Skills:Cultural competence and IDI certification highly desirableHogan certification highly desirableCome work with us!
