Learning and Development Program Manager

The purpose of the Learning and Development Program Manager is to support the building of organizational and individual capability across Instructure required to achieve strategic goals while supporting a culture of growth, development, and learning. What you will be doingProgram Development: Design and implement development programs aligned with organizational goals and strategies. This may include identifying key leadership and manager competencies, designing curriculum, selecting appropriate methodologies (such as workshops, coaching, mentoring, etc.), and creating assessment tools.
Training Delivery: Facilitate leadership development workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees at various levels of the organization. This may involve delivering content, leading discussions, and providing coaching and feedback to participants.
Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to emerging and existing leaders. This involves helping individuals identify their strengths and areas for development, setting goals, and providing guidance and support to help them grow as leaders.
Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate leadership potential and performance. Analyze assessment results to identify trends and areas for improvement. Use evaluation data to refine and enhance leadership development initiatives.
Organizational Development: Partner with other HR functions and business leaders to support broader organizational development initiatives. This may include culture change efforts, team development programs, and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Stay Current: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in leadership development.
