Kforce has a client seeking a L&D Specialist in Doral, FL. The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for the company. this role collaborates with stakeholders to prepare relevant training materials and supports effective implementation. They coordinate related logistics, support in conducting train-the-trainer sessions, and help evaluate program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. The Learning and Development Specialist will also help monitor destination compliance training activities and draw accurate reports as needed. Major Action and Support Actions: * Create engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and learning content, to support destination training programs * Ensure that materials are kept updated, consistent and relevant * Create and maintain knowledge articles, including guidelines using SharePoint to ensure curation and consistent content delivery Program Support * Offer support and guidance during the implementation of training programs, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise and ensuring that training objectives are met * Support new and existing training activities on-site and off-site, including coordination with respective teams for scheduling, venue bookings, trainer coordination, procuring and securing materials, to ensure smooth and timely implementation of the program * Support any post-training activity, as needed Communication and Collaboration: * Communicate effectively and appropriately with all stakeholders, internal and external * Collaborate across L&D and other teams in the design and implementation of training initiatives * Participate in and/or facilitate meetings, presentations and follow through with any post activity in a timely manner
