Assist and facilitate training processes.Act as liaison between HR and training vendors.Provide administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, and file maintenance.Prepare a training calendar according to the DNA.Implement the training courses based on the calendar.Monitor the progress of the training calendar.Succession planning and IDP preparation for successors.Update the Idea software.Find qualified vendors and negotiate with them on conducting high-quality training based on the business need.Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses (3 levels).Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements for each employee.
