**Learning and Development Trainer Assessor** **Description** **University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus** **Department: Cancer Center** **Job Title: Learning and Development Trainer Assessor** **Position #: 00808058 - Requisition #:35724** **Job Summary:** **Key Responsibilities:** **Learning and Development Trainer and Assessor (65):** **Intermediate Level:** + Facilitate trainings according to job duties or curriculum defined by learner's career ladder and update onboarding/training plan templates to ensure compliance with institutional requirements. + Conduct training to enhance compliance with clinical research requirements, responsibilities, and regulations. + Work closely with direct supervisor, Operations team and other Cancer Center departments and staff to identify and implement ways to support, standardize and improve onboarding and training practices. **Senior Level:** In addition to all responsibilities expected of Intermediate level: + Automates record keeping of staff competencies and enhances components of the career ladder competency program including environment, trainings, coordination with Human Resources and supervisors, etc. + Coordinate, develop and plan education and training sessions for CU Cancer Center staff covering a variety of topics for both new and experienced staff based upon determined needs.
