Summary:
Works at the strategic level system-wide to provide a range of consultation and training services to departments, teams, leaders, and individual contributors. Partners with leaders and senior level executives on the development and implementation of key strategies and initiatives.Responsibilities:
Provides internal coaching services to leaders aiding them to enhance performance and self-growth.Facilitates delivery of various learning, training, and development products, services, and processes to meet strategic and tactical needs of managers and staff and to serve HR and organizational purposes. Effectively uses facilitation techniques to manage groups of all sizes and with various ranges of experience, skills, and responsibility to achieve training objectives.Analyzes data and metrics to measure the impact of organizational development interventions and makes data-driven recommendations for future strategies. Prepares and provides reports or updates on a regular basis including contributing data on programs and consulting services for the department's reporting mechanisms (i.e. annual impact report, etc.).Applies adult learning principles and OD practices to design, develop, implement, and sustain innovative learning and development initiatives which enhance individual, team, and organizational performance.Stays updated with industry trends and continuously enhances professional skills through research, attending workshops, and networking with other professionals.Assists the OD Department’s work in planning, development, implementing, and monitoring change management strategies to support organization wide initiatives and projects; works with team members to ensure smooth, effective, team centered changes.Serves as a lead or co-lead for new and existing OD programs; providing recommendations to build out training programs, learning, & professional development opportunities, and employee engagement initiatives across the system. Makes recommendations and improvements to programs and initiatives based on evaluation results and stakeholder feedback.Creates and or collaborates on marketing and communications materials for OD programs, products, or services.Acts as a change agent by promoting a culture of agility and by designing and implementing organizational change strategy grounded in change management theories and models (i.e. Lewin, Kotter, Prosci, etc.)Collaborates with key stakeholders as a consultant and business partner to identify departmental and/or unit site-specific needs, goals, and opportunities for improvement. Utilizes resources to address client needs and manage end to end administration of OD recommendations, solutions, resource allocation and implementation. Provides coaching, mentorship, and support to leaders and managers to foster a culture of continuous learning and talent development. Supports assigned client groups.Competencies:

Other Information: 1. Certified in DiSC, Gallup Clifton Strengths, and/or other behavioral assessments.2. Experience as an executive coach, ICF certification preferred.3.
