Learning & Performance Consultant, Wealth Management Learning & Development

Full-Time/Hybrid, New York, Springfield or Boston

The Opportunity

Join our team as a dynamic and experienced Learning and Performance Consultant in MassMutual Wealth Management, a key growth area and strategic priority for the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with business stakeholders and designing and developing online learning content. This role requires you to be a strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing financial advisor development.

The Team

You will join a close-knit Wealth Management Learning and Development team, working with Learning and Performance Consultants and others to develop and maintain comprehensive training programs.

The Impact

You will have a significant impact on the Wealth Management organization by building and maintaining strong consulting relationships with business stakeholders, conducting training needs assessments to identify skill gaps, creating engaging and interactive online learning modules and reference guides, and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will operate with a client service mindset, including responding to stakeholder questions that are sent to the team mailbox. You thrive in the absence of rules or established methods, take charge in the face of challenges and difficulties, and comfortably switch gears and alter course to adapt to changing circumstances.

The Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a corporate training environment.

3+ years of experience with Instructional Design (ADDIE Model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation of training) and Performance Consulting methodologies

3+ years of experience utilizing the Articulate training authoring tool.

3+ years of experience in Microsoft PowerPoint design and writing.

The Ideal Qualifications

Experience in the Wealth Management sector.

Certification in instructional design or a related field.

In addition to Articulate, familiarity with online learning tools such as Brainshark, Camtasia, and Vimeo.

Working knowledge of LMS administration.

Graphic design, information design, iconography, or art background a plus.

File management discipline.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $82,000.00-$107,600.00
