Learning Business Partner/Instructional Designer

Syneos Health is recruiting for a Learning Business Partner (LBP) to support the launch learning journey for new indications within the Auto Antibody franchise in the Immunology business for our highly respected, prestigious client.

The Learning Business Partner (LBP) is a critical position on the Immunology Learning Excellence team with the core remit of developing a learning continuum aligned to the annual business plan to enhance field competitiveness and impact. The LBP will be responsible for developing content to support the learning journey that enhances field effectiveness for new hires and accelerates the impact for all field sales personnel.  

Key Responsibilities / Areas of Focus:

Collaborates with agency partners and Center of Excellence personnel to develop and gain approval for new content.  Develops content to support an upcoming product launch, inclusive of new hire onboarding and POA workshops as needed in partnership with the franchise Learning Execution Manager.  Develops transition from launch training to new hire academy and ongoing developmental training programs.Partners with the field leadership and sales analytics teams to identify opportunities to improve sales performance through focused training within the assigned franchise.Utilizes and monitors project timelines, resources, and budget projections for short- and long-term high impact training programs.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.A minimum of 5 years of industry experience and 3 years of Pharmaceutical or Biotech Sales experience is required.Immunology/specialty sales or learning & development experience is preferred.Experience with biologic fulfillment using medical and pharmacy benefit is preferred.Previous sales training experience as a field learning advisor or class learning advisor is preferred.Ability to be in the Horsham, PA office 3 days per week.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $140K to $145K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
