Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) Learning Solutions team is looking for a Learning Content Designer to join our team. The post holder will work closely with various SMEs, global stakeholders, managers and other members of the LS team to build technical and non-technical training content (e-learning modules, reference materials and other learning assets) for the learning and talent programs and initiatives within OTS.

In this role, the ideal candidate will apply knowledge of learning science, design, and instructional technologies to create and improve learning environments at scale. The role will continuously improve learning programs to drive content relevancy, utilization, innovation, and operational excellence.


Key job responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand program goals and create technical training content that engages our learners.

- Instructional design to develop e-learning modules, reference materials, and other creative and learning assets.

- Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple training projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.

- Write and edit technical content according to style guidelines and standards.

- Manage content tracking through Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on content creation and delivery tools (e.g., Articulate 360 suite, Canva, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond and LMS/LXP/LRS systems).

- Design and maintain team wiki.

- Ability to travel as needed (10-20%).
