Summary/Objective: The Lippert University Learning Team is a world-class training team, which is focused upon developing the technical and professional skills required to perform at exceedingly prominent levels of quality expected from our wide array of customers. We aim to help our Team Members achieve a vast and ever-expanding skill set leading to a more confident workforce, producing higher retention rates, and a belief that learning leads to an improved culture and will improve our customer relationships. We are currently looking for highly qualified Learning Coordinator with prior experience organizing, tracking, and communicating projects within an organization, primarily within a manufacturing setting. You will be responsible for communicating with our internal and external Training Providers, Funding Sources [Grant Administrators] Instructors, Team Members and their Leaders on the enrollment status, academic progress, and course completions [certifications]. Tracking of this information will be within our Learning Management System, Lippert University. Key components of this position will be the accuracy of communication both in person and digitally, critical information for our Team Members to learn and grow. Your ability to work with Leaders within our corporate and manufacturing sectors to distribute curriculum, learning materials and schedules will be critical to your success. Facilitating their understanding of how best to enroll in technical or skill specific training and what the requirements for success will have the greatest impact on our Team Members. Engages, Supports, and Advances the learning of Team Members Excellent conversational skills: The ability to Read and Write in Spanish is required for this position. Familiar with a variety of strategies to promote learning Creates and maintains collaborative partnerships to promote Team Member growth Creates an environment of trust, caring and honesty Understands Lippert Cultural Expectations and the community in which it operates and builds relationships with Team Members throughout the work environment. Uses training and collaborative time effectively Utilizes knowledge of corporate functions and manufacturing best practices to inform the learning process for all Learners. Working Conditions: Primarily working indoors, office environment. May sit for several hours at a time. Prolonged exposure to computer screens. Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers. Qualifications: Minimum two years organizing and implementing learning materials as described above Reliable transportation Excellent prior attendance record Essential Functions: Possess the ability to track and complete training for all Team Members. Creates an effective environment for professional learning Records assessments to promote Team Member learning and development The ability to evaluate those results and hold learners accountable to established Lippert Standards Establishes professional goals and pursues opportunities to grow professionally Basic mathematics and language proficiency; both in speaking and writing Ability to perform the technical skills that you are being assigned to train, currently or with minimal training; example the Learning Management System, Excel, PPT, and Word. Competencies: Communication proficiency High level oganizational skills Must be a team player player Excellent in time management Supervisory Responsibility: This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. The Team Member may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time hourly position, and hours/days of work are decided by your reporting manager. Travel: Travel will be required and will be local during the business day. Preferred Education and Experience: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in education, training, or business administration Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
