Partner with cross-functional trainers to understand business needs and projects in need of training
Work with subject matter experts to identify specific learning needs of teams
Work with Education x Experience team leaders to develop learning programs and create content most applicable to the program execution (ie digital, facilitator-led, self-paced, etc)
Act as lead designer to build high-quality, engaging courses within LMS for various learning modalities
Work to project plans, including timelines for discovery, design, and execution
Develop train-the-trainer materials to prepare facilitators and coaches to lead effective trainings
Create simple, easy-to-use, and relevant trainings while thinking holistically about the client and learner experience
Utilize variety of digital learning tools, design programs, and evaluation methods to apply in LMS.
What You Bring To The RoleRequires a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of instructional systems design experience on projects involving adult learning audiences
Experience analyzing, building and assessing asynchronous and synchronous virtual, facilitated and self-paced training
Experience as a solo or lead content developer or instructional designer
Experience working with course authoring tools (Articulate suite, Canva, Adobe suite, etc)
Proven ability to write effective copy, instructional text, storyboards, and audio/video scripts
Ability to create simple, branded visual assets using graphic and video design tools
Must have strong time management skills with ability to work independently, prioritizing daily tasks and deadlines
Strong attention to detail with ability to simplify complex content required
Experience in Excel, Sheets to review and analyze training results & data
Virtual or in-person facilitation skills a plus
Applicants will be asked to provide a portfolio of previous Learning Design work

The expected salary range for this role is $60,000.00-$80,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
