The role will be dynamic and fast paced, continuing to strengthen our already incredible employee development experience for our business in ANZ. No day will be the same as you explore and implement new learning methodologies and technologies, aligning employee skills with business goals and driving performance improvement.

Facilitation will be a key part in this role and topics will include (but not limited to): manager effectiveness, leadership, diversity and inclusion topics, team effectiveness, career development and personal development.

The opportunity will continue to deliver leadership and personal development programs aligned to JLL’s strategy and meet the development needs of people across all levels of the firm, working closely with our HR/ People Partners, Business Stakeholders and L&D team globally.

Key accountabilities include.

Leading the end-to-end execution of learning needs, delivery and adoption of learning products within ANZ.Facilitating training sessions and workshops for employees across all levels.Managing programs and projects within ANZ including a company-wide mentoring program.Coaching, guiding and mentoring the Australasian Executive Committee-Z (Gen Z National team) providing learning as needed.Working with the business to engage, excite and motivate employees to learn and embed new skills in their work.Monitoring and tracking performance metrics, leverage learning analytics to draw connections and make appropriate adjustments or recommendations.Serve as the country L&D expert, sharing best practices and utilizing available content, resources, and technology to meet business needs.Leveraging operational L&D expertise: demonstrating a track record in rolling out top-notch instructor-led & digital learning experiences for employees at all levels.Using digital learning systems to track, monitor and drive usage – including regulatory or compilatory metrics needed within ANZ.Working in partnership with the People Partners and HR Services teams to deliver quality learning experiences that grow the business.Participating in weekly HR Team meetings and providing insights to the ANZ HR team, reporting regularly on L&D completion stats.

Prior experience in a similar role will be required and you are best in class when it comes facilitating leadership and personal development programs. You have strong understanding of manager effectiveness, leadership development, change leadership, adult learning theory and team effectiveness.

You love working as part of a dynamic team as well as autonomously and are positive and tenacious in your daily approach. You’ll also be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the business.

Holding superior communication skills (written and verbal), you're collaborative, easy to work with and you thrive on change with a “I can get it done and drive results” mentality. You are resilient and can take ownership whilst helping others.
