Position Details This is a full-time, in-office position based in Washington, DC, with working hours of Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern. For the right candidate, we are open to considering a hybrid schedule. This is a U.S.-based position. Responsibilities + Develop a framework for training new hires across departments. + Ensure all manuals are current and up to date. +  Optimize the onboarding process for efficiency and consistency. + Conduct onboarding sessions with all new hires. + Serve as a culture champion to promote the firm’s core values. + Define and develop career paths firmwide, outlining responsibilities and requirements for each role. + Upgrade the annual review process and associated forms. +   Plan team-building activities and culture-enhancing events. + Provide support for the firm’s intranet platform. + Assist with employee terminations as needed. Qualifications and Skills + Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or Corporate Training Certification is preferred. + Exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service skills. + Proven ability to work independently with professionalism and effectively collaborate within a team. + Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced executive environment. +  Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. + Successful completion of a comprehensive background and reference check.
