Bachelors' degree, required.3+ years of Learning & Development experience, preferably within a professional services environment.The ability to identify skill gaps and build out continous learning programming to improve the business.Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is $100k-$120k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
