Learning & Development Measurement Analyst Senior
(This position will require onsite work in Indianapolis, Indiana)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner closely with the Directors of Leadership Development and Team Member Development to create and manage a measurement strategy that documents the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives. Collaborates with HRBPs and Leaders to align measurement strategies to organizational goals. Partners with other learning and development team members to compile and analyze program data to share results of learning. Researches and proposes measurement tools and provides training for team members. Identifies key performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning. Builds Level 1-2 end-of-course evaluations and Level 3-4 post-training surveys, downloading and summarizing results data. Creates templates for standard evaluations and surveys. Creates dashboards and presentations to communicate results and insights. Articulates pros and cons of various measurement options including Level 1-2 evaluations, Level 3-4 surveys, Success Case Method, and the use of Level 5-6. Serves as measurement expert for Learning & Development Team and shares best practices across the system. Develops reports, prepares analyses, makes predictions, and prepares recommendations for decisions based on data and analysis. Works closely with leadership to understand priorities and initiatives and determine what data and analysis can be most beneficial in supporting organizational efforts. Collaborates with other departments to extract and synthesize data from multiple sources. Develops new and/or more automated ways of tracking and retrieving data. Identifies data gaps and makes recommendations for what the data needs to be maintained. Participates on internal project teams to provide data and/or assist with analysis and interpretation for project efforts.STRONGLY PREFERRED:
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated experience with survey and presentation tools.REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience. Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience. Requires knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Access. Requires analytical and financial capabilities; statistical background preferred. Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred.
