The Learning & Development Specialist is part of a broader Talent Management Systems and Process team dedicated to the effective enablement of Talent programs through tools, systems, processes, and data. This role serves as the first-level systems-administrator for our Talent Management systems, particularly the LMS and acts as a project manager for learning content management, including deployment of that content to end users. This role will ensure quality controls are maintained and execute testing protocols as required. As a key member of the TM function, this role will be engaged in various operational and strategic initiatives aligned to departmental priorities.
This position is in office at our Sussex, WI corporate headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Management System Support: Act as the key liaison between Quad’s LMS, Oracle Learning Cloud System (OLC) and key stakeholders to perform tasks such as:
Support Departmental Subject Matter Experts with content creation, content loading, and technical support of OLC Track and report training/learning solution metrics and maintain accurate records within the systemBuild and maintain relationships with departmental subject matter experts, HR Systems, HR Business Partners, and other members of the Talent team.Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support related to level 1 issues.Support quarterly system maintenance and updates, including testingCommunication Support: Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and communications related to Talent Management initiatives.
Operational Support: Function as Project Manager to ensure effective execution of learning initiatives, change events, and implementations.
Customer Service: Serve as the initial intake for inquiries regarding the LMS, course content, and end-user support with an emphasis on accurate and timely responses.
Data Management: Summarize and present relevant data from Talent systems to progress team initiatives and goals.
Job Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; a degree in the field of Human Resources or Learning Development is preferred but not required
Experience: 1+ years of Talent Management, HR Systems, or broad HR experience. Prior experience with Learning Management Systems experience is strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, computer and time management skillsProficient Microsoft Suite and organizational skills. Previous experience in the design and deployment of training activities encompassing soft, technical, and managerial skills is preferred. Previous experience with learning systems such as Articulate, ISpring and other content creation tools preferred.#LI-TK1
