Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Learning Development Specialist to support the expansion of Communications Excellence through agile design, and delivery of business communication skills programs across functions. The Learning Development Specialist will build and manage stakeholder relationships, and work with the program coordination team to oversee logistical requirements for delivery of a full calendar of Communications Excellence programs across major geographical hubs.
Responsibilities:
* Lead faculty management processes for Audit & Assurance Learning Programs
* Execute and follow established Audit & Assurance faculty processes
* Prepare, send, track, and monitor faculty recruiting requests
* Manage faculty cancellations/swaps
* Prepare and send faculty related communications
* Attend weekly program delivery calls and summarize updates/actions needed
* Collaborate with program stakeholders on timelines, reviews, information needed, etc.
* Owns and maintains various trackers and projects as assigned
* Provide solutions across target workforce groups and job roles and help organization and business units take a more strategic view of their communication development needs
* Deliver learning programs, both classroom and digital learning activities
* Define, build, and implement learning solutions that are aligned to business priorities to help drive impact
* Support the creation of documents and presentations that will be used to convey important concepts and decision points to our clients/stakeholders using both written and visual data
* Assist clients and stakeholders in addressing their business challenges
* Interact effectively with executive management to identify opportunities to improve employee performance and to lead initiatives to implement improvements
