We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Services Delivery team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Develop and manage all aspects of L&D projects, including needs analysis, strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of effectiveness;Deliver behavioral training and facilitation of workshops;Develop strong stakeholder relations, identifying and acting on business leads;Be responsible for the reporting on local initiatives;Collaborate with local and global colleagues in order to drive best practices and engagement;Management of the internal LMS (Workday Learning and Degreed);Drive the digital transformation of learning;Be an agent of change constantly contributing to improve processes.What you need to have:
Degree in HR, Psychology, Management or similar;Experience designing and executing in L&D as a facilitator and project manager;7 to 10 years of professional experience;English language work proficiency;Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint;Strong communication skills and ability;Strong sense of proactivity, accountability and ability to manage priorities.What makes you stand out?
