Are you interested in gaining practical experience in Learning & Development? Join our team as an intern! As an intern you will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the design and development of learner-centric programs, and in working with the systems, technology and analytics used to support the learning experience.   

 

What you do:

Support learning systems and technologies, including learning management systems (LMS), social learning platforms, and learning content providers. Support data analytics and reporting to assess the effectiveness of learning programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Help design, develop, and deliver learner-centric programs using various media and blended approaches, including e-learning, instructor-led training, self-study, and video. Collaborate with peers, business partners, and learners to build strong relationships.

 

You will gain valuable experience across the entire learning ecosystem, including design, development, systems, technology, and analytics.
