We are looking for a Learning Leader with a creative mindset\ntowards modern learning approaches, an understanding of effective design\nmethodology & delivery, technical aptitude, and a desire to drive scalable\nstrategic advancement of their programs.
As the Integrated Supply Chain Learning Director, you will report to the\nDirector of Learning in Honeywell’s Global HR Talent and Learning Center of\nExpertise with matrix reporting to the Integrated Supply Chain Vice President\nof Human Resources . You will work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina\nlocation on a hybrid work schedule. You will be responsible for developing and\nimplementing learning strategies and programs to support the growth and\ndevelopment of our employees in Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) who work in\nmanufacturing plant locations across the globe. You will have a significant\nimpact on the organization by designing and delivering learning initiatives\nthat align with our business objectives and drive employee engagement and\nperformance while shaping the learning culture by ensuring that employees have\nthe necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
Your priorities will change and evolve as ISC employee learning priorities\nevolve. Your initial work scope will include designing and deploying the\nfollowing Integrated Supply Chain learning programs:
• Lean Leadership Academy
• Frontline Leader Training
• Site Excellence Training, Emerging Site Leader Training
• 3P Methodology Certification
YOU WILL UTILIZE YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS TO:
• Leveraging ADDIE to own the end-to-end process of design and experiential\ndelivery of ISC Learning Programs.
• Optimize participant learning experience curating and organizing content and\nlearning experiences for targeted audience and performance-based learning\nobjectives.
• Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that align with\nbusiness objectives.
• Design and deliver learning programs leveraging all modalities (ILT, VILT,\neLearning) to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content for learning\ninitiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and drive improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and\ndevelopment.
• Partner with HR business partners and leaders to identify learning needs and\ndevelop targeted solutions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and learning partners.
• Oversee the learning budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of learning\nprograms.
• Handle ongoing analysis and continuous improvements to ISC learning programs.
• Conduct annual learning needs assessment and development of ISC learning\nstrategy recommendation.
• For each program collaborate with applicable Executive Sponsors, HR Vice\nPresidents, and Talent Management leaders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
YOU MUST HAVE
•At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing and integrated supply chain\nmanagement within a large-scale, global organization.
•Strong leadership and management skills.
•Ability to drive strategic planning and course level learning assessment to\ninform learning plan proposal-recommendation.
•Course design and delivery skills with background building and executing\nmodern learning programs for manufacturing employees.
•Excellent communication and people skills.
•Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
•Ability to motivate and build and be a part of high performing teams.
•Process/systems and results orientated.
•Large scale change management experience.
