Learning Experience Architect 

This Is What You’ll Do:

Perform Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct research to identify learning gaps and requirements. Collaborate with SMEs to understand and document learning objectives. Design and Develop Learning Content: Create engaging and effective learning materials such as modules, videos, simulations, and assessments. Utilize multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience. Create Exceptional Learning Experiences: Apply user-centered design principles to craft holistic learning experiences. Ensure that learning experiences resonate with and effectively engage learners. Project Manage Design and Development Process: Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Develop Learning Assets Build and curate various learning assets for both virtual and in-person learning. Maintain and update learning materials as needed. Leverage and champion new tools and systems Support the implementation while utilizing tools SuccessFactors Performance, Succession, Continuous Feedback, Development, and Cornerstone LMS.

This Is What It Takes: 

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and development. Expertise in creating instructional materials that facilitate effective learning. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate). Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone LMS. Knowledge of SuccessFactors Performance, Succession, Continuous Feedback, and Development. Proficiency in multimedia editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Experience utilizing user experience (UX) design principles to create intuitive and effective learning interfaces. Preferred experience working within an Agile development framework. Ability to apply pedagogical principles to create effective learning experiences for adult learners. Design thinking mindset will help you excel in this role. creatively. May require travel to assist field locations with recruitment.
