Learning Experience Program Manager III - (E3)

We create learning experiences that increase and sharpen engineers' knowledge and skills. As a Learning Experience Program Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative learning solutions. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as department managers and executives, to understand their training and upskilling needs, gain buy-in. Collaborates with peers and managers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. + Work closely with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to understand their business unit, or domain, in order to design effective training solutions + Collaborate with the team to conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge or skills gaps. Analyze and use this information to develop targeted learning solutions + Collaborate with Instructional Designers to develop new courses and learning offerings + Oversee the entire training program life cycle (for the programs you own), including planning, scheduling, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the successful execution of learning initiatives + Implement BKMs for program evaluation to assess the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback from participants, and using data to make data-driven decisions for program improvement. Specific projects may include: + Create the strategy and execution plan to launch a podcast series focusing on high value topics for Applied Materials employees + Take ownership of a legacy learning program, the new hire information portal and success profiles; put processes in place to keep content fresh + Support new learning initiatives as needed QUALIFICATIONS + A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution + Project management skills + Desire and ability to learn technical information + The ability to communicate clearly (written and oral) and synthesize information from others to determine actionable takeaways + The ability to analyze data and drive decision making based on learning analytics + Demonstrated ownership and consistent delivery on commitments; exceptional organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail. + A desire for feedback and continued learning + Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS + Experience in learning design / instructional design + A bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, AND/OR certifications in above topics + Education or experience in science, mathematics, engineering, and technology-related fields + Experience working in the semiconductor industry + Experience working for a global manufacturing company + Proven ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams in a global environment YEARS OF EXPERIENCE + 4-7 years **Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's Degree **Skills:** **Certifications:** **Languages:** **Years of Experience:** 7 - 10 Years **Work Experience:** **Additional Information** **Time Type:** Full time **Employee Type:** Assignee / Regular **Travel:** Not Specified **Relocation Eligible:** Yes **U.S. Salary Range:** $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
