We are looking for a Learning Lead – US Immunology with experience implementing and coordinating multiple learning projects under global direction. This hybrid role is based in our U.S. Headquarters Office in Smyrna, GA.

 

About the role

You will be a trusted strategic business partner to internal stakeholders updating them on the latest developments in UCB global solutions. This includes proactive learning solutions designed to anticipate the learning needs of the business that aligns with their strategy and continued growth of their teams.

 

You will act as an ambassador for our global UCB learning strategy while continuing to bring most current learning approaches and trends into the organization.

 

Who you’ll work with

You will report to the US Head of Learning and Development and lead a team of Learning Managers supporting senior sales leaders, marketing leaders and other key cross-functional partners within the entire Immunology business unit.

 

What you’ll do

· Own the overall learning strategy for the Immunology business unit

· Develop and maintain positive internal customer relationships

· Proactively gather insights on internal customer needs while assisting to identify how learning can best support them

· Acting as a local ambassador for UCB’s global learning approach – sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge of UCB’s learning culture, its status, and new developments with internal customers

· Align the latest relevant learning solutions available from internal and external sources

· Lead, develop and coach Learning Managers

· Have budget ownership and be accountable for investments that best support stakeholder strategy from a learning perspective

· Continue your personal development and growth

· Provide oversight and ownership of the full content development process. This includes alignment, creation, approval and execution

 

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

Minimum:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology or related field of study required

· 3-5+ years’ experience in a learning and development role

· Proven sales background and knowledge of Immunology disease states (Dermatology, Rheumatology) and biologics

· Knowledge of learning management systems, content creation programs, and regulatory approval process

Preferred:

· Proven experience working directly with and supporting internal business partners in Immunology preferred

· Experience implementing and coordinating multiple learning projects under global direction and/or in pharma environment is a plus

 

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $141,800 - $186,100 per year. The actual salary offered

will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related

knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
