Lead Educational Programs: Oversee USCAN Commercial educational programs aligned with GE HealthCare’s digital strategy.
Requires specialized knowledge regarding learning technologies to optimize efficiencies for learning including proficiency in administering and optimizing learning tools.
Ability to think critically to juggle immediate urgency balanced with ideal learning principles and provide guidance and/or plan to optimize learning for GE Healthcare learner.
Analyze and Design Training Solutions: Provide expertise in assessing evolving learning needs and designing effective training solutions to support the L&D technology strategy.
Drive Strategic Initiatives: Ensure completion of annual priorities specific to GE HealthCare’s Digital \"Go To Market\" Strategy
Manage Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors for AI-enabled L&D technology and services.
Consult on and create AI Use Cases: Work with global functions to ensure alignment between USCAN Generative AI use cases and GE HealthCare guidelines on acceptable use.
Optimize Learning with AI: Explore and assess opportunities to leverage AI for optimizing learning and enhancing understanding among commercial teams.
External Representation: Represent GE HealthCare at learning forums, showcasing our advancements in technology and innovation.
Apply Adult Learning Principles: Integrate adult learning best practices into training curriculums.
Decision Making and Problem Solving: Utilize analytical skills to solve complex problems and enhance training programs.
Build Communication Strategies: Develop dashboards and systems to clearly communicate the outcomes of training efforts.
Influence and Drive Learning Strategy: Use strong communication skills to influence others and drive the learning strategy.
Support Colleagues: Act as a resource for stakeholders & L&D colleagues, providing guidance and subject matter expertise.
Lead Projects: Manage projects with moderate risks and resources, ensuring successful execution.
Communicate Effectively: Explain complex or sensitive information clearly to build consensus and improve training efficiency.
Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
Required QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in Sales & Training Design and Delivery. Equivalent or a Master’s degree from an accredited university or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $151,008.00-$226,512.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
