Our Global Learning, Leadership & Culture (LLC) team is part of the People and Stakeholder Relations division. We are committed to creating an environment of continuous learning to showcase the extraordinary talent of our people. You will engage with various stakeholders, including the Regional President and country managers, to help everyone reach their full potential.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
As a Learning & Leadership Partner, you will be instrumental in
+ Rolling out global LLC concepts within the region.
+ Creating tailored action plans to regionalise these initiatives while engaging regional leadership teams.
+ Fostering a culture of learning and growth by implementing training and development programmes that align with our global objectives.
+ Being the Point of Contact for the Regional President and Country Managers.
+ Driving regional focus on learning, leadership, culture, DEI, and engagement.
+ Overseeing regional training and development aligned with global concepts.
Potentially relevant experience:
+ Experience from a global organization working with learning and development.
+ Need experience of rolling out initiatives, programs or concepts and ensure regional adaption.
+ Stakeholder management and connectivity skills to people managers and senior leadership
+ Experience in facilitation and presentations for leadership teams.
+ Must speak English and a European language would be beneficial.
+ Travel would be required - up to twice a month for up to a week at a time.
