You will engage with various stakeholders, including the Regional President and country managers, to help everyone reach their full potential. In this role you’ll make an impact by: As a Learning & Leadership Partner, you will be instrumental in + Rolling out global LLC concepts within the region. + Creating tailored action plans to regionalise these initiatives while engaging regional leadership teams. + Fostering a culture of learning and growth by implementing training and development programmes that align with our global objectives. + Being the Point of Contact for the Regional President and Country Managers. + Driving regional focus on learning, leadership, culture, DEI, and engagement. + Overseeing regional training and development aligned with global concepts. Potentially relevant experience: + Experience from a global organization working with learning and development. + Need experience of rolling out initiatives, programs or concepts and ensure regional adaption. + Stakeholder management and connectivity skills to people managers and senior leadership + Experience in facilitation and presentations for leadership teams. + Must speak English and a European language would be beneficial. + Travel would be required - up to twice a month for up to a week at a time.
