Join our global Clinical Quality & Continuous Improvement department’s Performance Metrics Management team as a Learning Management System Specialist and you’ll be responsible for providing learning reporting and analytics services for regulatory Good Clinical Practices (GCP)-related training, scientific and study-related training, monitoring overall training compliance, and training implementation for both internal and external learners assigned to clinical activities.
You will be implementing and deploying learning solutions developed by the Clinical Learning & Development team (training projects related to clinical processes, clinical tools and applications, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and other global processes or policies), and providing metrics on training implementation in collaboration with the corporate Learning and Reporting Specialists.
Main responsibilities:
Manage learner roles, groups and external learners: Ensure the timely addition of learners to roles and groups that are linked with the required training curriculaCreate in Sanofi Learning Management System profiles for groups of learners as requested, ensure assignment of correct roles and groups for training implementationManage the timely onboarding and offboarding of learners from roles and groupsCreate learning objects/curricula: Create Learning Objects in iLearn (Sanofi LMS) as requested by Training Project Managers/Training Contacts within clinical operations functions. These Learning Objects are included in the role-based compliance curricula and must align with the overall training strategy
Reporting:Provide both standard and custom reports to support training completion and compliance monitoring. Reports are provided to line managers but may also be requested by Training Project Managers to track the implementation of training.Ad hoc reports may be requested by line managers to provide details for specific activities or a group of learnersAbout you
Experience:
Proven experience working in a GxP environment, understanding of the regulatory environment with a focus on clinical operations (ICH GCP), the equivalent experience could also be in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, or supporting training activities in a medical operations environmentWorking with Quality systems and implementing training solutions for clinical tools/applications) is advantageousSoft Skills:
Results-driven, ability to multi-task and analyse information, prioritize assignments, and assess downstream impactApply deductive reasoning to solve issues and find innovative solutionsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, to effectively connect and interact with global multi-disciplinary teamsTechnical skills:
MS Office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint & SharePointEducation:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology tools (related to learning), clinical operations, or a related medical/scientific fieldLanguages:
