Learning Operations Activity Expert is a key position in the learning department that transitions newly developed programs into structured operational frameworks and ensuring smooth deployment and availability of trainings to Mars Associates. It is responsible for end-to-end project management of new learning programs setup, activation, and implementation routes, as well as acting as SME for senior stakeholders, creating process documentation, and driving project transition to BAU. Areas of expertise include stakeholder management, annual demand planning and scheduling, deployment routes, learner registration approach, systems limitations and adaptation, vendor management, pricing of the programs, and other budgeting processes. This position is also responsible for playing a strong role in key process improvements for learning operations.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Act as project manager for deployment activation of new learning programs, including connecting the dots between annual planning, vendor SOW renewal, pricing, system setups, and required reporting.Build \\ supervise building of the learning operations manuals for new programs, in line with chosen deployment route.Liaise with a complex network of stakeholders across different seniority levels and business functions to drive operationally efficient solutions.Work with Learning Data & Insights and System Administration team to build out program performance dashboards and \\ or any additional technical solutions for activating necessary deployment routes for the program (registration system, completion tracking processes, etc.).Define new program pricing, based on the available information on the cost of materials, technology, venues, etc.Manage program costs through designated cost-centre.Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement for the learning operations processes.Drive for simplification and automation of core processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency within learning operations services.What are we looking for?
University degree in HR, learning or project management or related filed – or equivalent professional experience5+ years of professional experience with project management background.Demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen.Proven track record of engaging and coordinating cross-functional teams through informal leadership skills.Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.Financial literacy.Practical experience using Workday.Previous exposure to a Learning Management Systems will be a plus. Knowledge of learning deployment management will be a plus.Fluent English is required.What can you expect from Mars?
