Learning Partner – Center for Workforce Development

As a Learning Partner, you will partner with Global Leadership & Learning Institute (GLLI) caregivers and stakeholders to design, deploy, measure, sustain and scale a variety of integrated learning and development programs, tools and collaborative practices that include formal and informal learning and technology-enabled collaborative solutions as part of the talent management life cycle. The caregiver in this role will be responsible for developing and integrating associated projects to achieve strategic business objectives to improve performance, engagement and development.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00am – 5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development, or I/O Psychology.Requires design thinking skills; collaboration skills, a global mindset skills that includes accommodating cultural differences; respect for different perspectives; and expand own awareness.Proficiency with adult learning theory concepts and applications.Industry knowledge and learning technology innovations.A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in Organizational Learning and Leadership Development in a large, global, complex and continuously changing healthcare or corporate environment is required. Three years of experience in a supervisory /managerial role or project management role is preferred.Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Master of science in education or organizational development. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferredThree years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role. Certified Performance & Learning Professional (CPLP) or advanced certification in organizational effectiveness. Development assessment certification such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strength Finders, Emotional Intelligence 2.0 (EI 2.0) or Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness (DiSC).
