Learning Partner Manager

As the Learning Partner Manager, you will provide peer leadership among a team of learning professionals in the successful creation of Best Buy learning programs and solutions across multiple formats. This role focuses on the development of learning experiences that factors in the needs of employees, customers and the business. This leader will collaborate with cross-functional groups to provide input on deliverables and their impact on the audience and ensuring quality output.
This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
What you’ll doSupport Learning Partners in the prioritization and enablement of trainingOversee complex projects end to end and deliver measurable impactBuild and implement training material for specific programsProduce measurable summaries on the impact of solutions connecting to overall visionAdvise content creators on the learning solution and provide input on how to match the content to the strategic visionEnable training for the strategies developed, focused on innovating learning environments across the organizationBasic qualifications3 year of experience managing time bound complex projects3 year of experience building business or learning strategies in support of end user groups3 year of experience working with cross functional partners in a corporate environment3 year of experience creating training from scratch and building learning strategies at a large scalePreferred qualifications1 year of experience with data visualization and storytelling1 year of experience working in Human Centered Design approachPrevious Best Buy experience What’s in it for you
