Your Impact:The Learning PMO, Lead partners with the Learning PMO team to implement the processes for our enterprise-wide L&D development function, the partnerships with our learning providers, and the projects that support the overall L&D of our employees.
Key tasks for this role include:
Align learning and leadership development solutions with broader business objectives
Develop, implement, and handle learning governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal L&D team to understand business needs, define standards for learning programs, and lead the design of programs in collaboration with internal or external partnerships
Support the operation of the Learning Project Management Office (PMO)
Lead all aspects of project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes
Implement project management methodologies and best practices within the learning function
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with learning initiatives and projects
Respond to and vet vendor inquiries as applicable to the learning & leadership needs of our business
Be responsible for relationships with learning vendors and content partners, ensuring alignment, contract consistency, and vendor approval process with ESC partners.
Support the management of our learning and leadership budgets, manage spend, and report out to keep team advised of learning finances
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging research in learning, technology trends, and instructional design, and apply relevant insights to drive continuous improvement
Ensure integration of diversity and inclusion messages and deliverables with learning solutions

Qualifications:8-10 years related experience in L&D, project management, or related field.
Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external business partners to achieve desired outcomes.
Experience in project management, instructional design, learning process and governance; PMP preferred
Experience working in project management platforms
Keys to Success in this Role:Outstanding project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure the successful launch of learning initiatives
Ability to build and lead financial processes specifically, tracking, forecasting, and handling budgets
A strategic attitude to qualify learning requests, align projects with organizational goals, and lead the creation of impactful solutions
Understanding of governance principles and the ability to establish frameworks and processes
Excellent communication skills to articulate sophisticated ideas, influence partners, and facilitate collaboration
Ability to engage and maintain relationships with diverse partners, including learning leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors
Strong risk management skills to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with learning projects
Agility to adapt to changing circumstances, technologies, and methodologies within the L&D field
Effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges and obstacles that may arise
Ability to navigate within project constraints (time/quality/cost)
Ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, regulatory, and accessibility requirements.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $115,000 - $173,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
