As a team member in Operations Quality Learning and Development, the Quality Learning Portfolio Lead will join our collaborative and dynamic team to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning within our organization. As a team member in Operations Quality Learning and Development, the Learning Portfolio Lead consults with business process owners (BPOs), subject matter experts (SMEs) and Instructional designers/developers (IDs) to identify, plan, facilitate development, and deliver effective and innovative learning & communication solutions, enablement, support, and services. Comprehensive management of learning and communication projects including consulting and guidance with project teams and stakeholders, handling logistics and coordination of effective, creative, engaging and on-time learning and communication deliverables and events.

Typical Accountabilities:
Learning and Communication Portfolio Strategic Planning: Drive the planning process for learning and communication projects by assessing current capabilities, anticipating future needs, and aligning resources to meet program objectives.
Extraordinary Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Foster strong partnerships, and effortlessly know when to lead, follow, collaborate, support, set expectations, request assistance, partner, and network with a widely varied population of stakeholders around the world and at all levels of corporate structure.
Resource Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet compliance needs and stay within scope. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to avoid potential delays or cost overruns.
Project Tracking and Reporting: Utilize project management tools and systems to monitor project progress, track key metrics, and generate comprehensive reports. Ensure transparency and accountability by providing regular updates on project performance and outcomes. Facilitate regular project status meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Essential
Extensive enterprise-level portfolio, project, and change management experience
High School Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years experience. Bachelor’s Degree and combination of related certification(s), learning, and experience such as for development of training, websites, instructional design, software, publishing or other similar programs with a wide range of stakeholders and deliverables are desired.
Experience working in global teams
Strong planning, organization, strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate
Desirable
Related certifications such as PMP®, PgMP, PfMP, CCMP™, CPTM, and/or Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
Knowledge of GxPs and regulatory personnel qualification requirements within the pharmaceutical industry
