Compensation includes a base salary of $85,500.00 - $128,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Team Overview:
As a Learning Program Manager, you’ll be joining the Sales Operations team to help achieve their goals of supporting the revenue team. This can be accomplished in the form of sales process support, reporting, training, as well as coordinating various areas of the business. In an effort to provide the tools needed for sales team members, sales operations will collaborate with multiple departments, from marketing to project management to engineers, to ensure roadblocks to closing revenue are overcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive blended learning onboarding, mentorship, and continuous learning programs tailored to the needs of our sellers.
Prepare learning strategy documentation with key learning objectives, deliverables, and evaluation measures.
Conduct all facilitator prep work, including the timely distribution of materials; communicate with learners to ensure they know dates, times, locations, and pre-work expectations; arrange the room; and prep any documentation and handouts.
Schedule course events (i.e., provide input into monthly training calendar, reserve training room(s), setup online sessions, build in LMS, write communication(s) to learners
Content Creation: Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids.
Facilitation: Conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure sellers are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and update training programs based on feedback, performance data, and industry best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business goals.
Measurement & Evaluation: Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
Technology Utilization: Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to deliver and track training programs.
Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field.
Experience working with major cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or priorities at once.
Familiar with the various components of Instructional Design, the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, & Evaluation) and the evaluation process (Kirkpatrick method or such).
Ability to conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as an executive presence.
Preferred:

Designing training curricula within time and budget constraints
Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g., videos and case studies)
Familiar with various eLearning software (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Camtasia, Surge9, etc.)
Dynamic public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to improvise and pivot direction in the classroom when necessary.
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
