What You’ll Do: + Develop role-specific training programs for various teams. + Create high-quality learning materials, including e-learning, job aids, and manuals. + Lead virtual and in-person training sessions. + Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and resources. + Evaluate training effectiveness and update content as needed. What We’re Looking For: + Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience). + Demonstrated experience in instructional design and adult learning principles. + Self-motivated and organized, with excellent time management and attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
