A combination of education and experience may be considered. **Experience:** Minimum of 1 years’ experience working within a behavioral healthcare setting. At least 1 year of experience conducting staff training and development, preferably in health care or social services setting. Instructor's certification in First Aid, CPR, and Crisis Prevention/Intervention preferred. Experience with learning management systems and data collection/analyzing platforms (Absorb, MyAvatar, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position) preferred.
