**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Learning Technology Administrator (LTA) oversees and supports the enterprise learning technologies. They control day to day functions of centralized Learning Management System (LMS) administration functions and enterprise student assignments. A key resource to enable Parallon’s new hire onboarding processes through the utilization of technologies supporting content delivery and new hire logistics. This role partners and facilitates decisions with education and operational leaders. The learning technology administrator should be a self-starter with solid technical abilities to navigate various platforms and systems supporting learning (HealthStream (LMS), SharePoint, PerView, Power Automate, WebEx, Microsoft Excel, PowerApps, and Microsoft Forms). This role interacts with enterprise Learning and Development, Human Resources, and Parallon operations teams. As a highly visible department representative, this person consistently demonstrates a strong service commitment by continually striving to meet and exceed expectations.
What you will do in this role:
+ Manages new hire onboarding workflow and repositories
+ Coordinates and is responsible for the centralized administration of HealthStream (LMS) with respect to both new hires and existing colleagues:Managing Parallon hierarchy and files in HealthStreamEvaluate and execute new customer requirementsSet up courses and classes
+ Make enterprise learning assignments
+ Student registration class management
+ Maintain standard and adhoc learning completion reportsReconcile imported student reports
+ Monitor attendance and completion statistics
+ Support enterprise reporting export for dashboards and MORsConduct quality assurance activities for HealthStream contentMaintain HealthStream functionality knowledge and skills to support roleSupport implementation of new LMS functionalitiesEnsures every colleague receives the appropriate role-based curriculum via job function for tracking all colleagues that interact with new hire onboarding processes
+ Provide 2nd tier LMS system support, customer support, incident resolution and escalation in partnership with HCA Healthcare HealthStream personnel.
+ Assists with department PerView project catalog and reporting, which includes creating new and updating existing projects. Quality assurance activities for project content and report mgmt.
+ Represents Parallon Learning and Development on issues related to Cisco WebEx in partnership with HCA Healthcare’s Digital Collaboration team
+ Develop adhoc surveys and generate reports for Learning and Development
+ Provides support and maintenance related to Parallon Learning and Development’s Atlas SharePoint site, course catalogs, and other customer facing platforms or content repositories
+ Collaborate on the development and improvement of the learning tools that are used within the Parallon Learning & Development organization
+ Able to independently integrate new technologies into existing workflows, resulting in increased efficiency and improved outcomes for the Learning and Development Data and/or Governance process
+ Communicates with operational leaders and education teams regarding the needs of their organizational unit’s new hires
+ Delivers high quality Learning and Development data services (methodology, tools, templates and processes) aligned with and supporting business strategy and goals
+ Collaborate on SharePoint solutions and opportunities for the Parallon Learning & Development group. Application may include site features, Web Parts and Workflows.
+ Working knowledge of tools utilized to manage SharePoint, i.e. InfoPath Power Automate
+ Assists in the preparation of the Learning and Development Governance process and management of associated data reports with the expectation to think critically throughout the process, identify trend variances and anomalies, etc.
+ Engages in regular quality reviews to proactively assure that Parallon Learning and Development data methodology, processes and controls are followed by all applicable colleagues.
+ Carries out the archival and repository strategy for Learning and Development data to ensure appropriate access and data integrity
+ Supports departments data retention processes, e.g. S Drive (BosShare)
+ Promotes and models Parallon’s Mission, Vision, and Values
+ Perform other duties as assigned
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in education or Learning Sciences required
+ Equivalent work experience may substitute degree requirement
+ 1-2 years of experience in developing written and electronic communication solutions preferred
+ 1 year of experience working and developing in SharePoint, automation and web applications technologies
+ Strong Learning and Development technology solutions background preferred
+ Healthcare background preferred
