Learning Technology Senior Consultant

Work you’ll do

As a Learning Technology Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in HR strategy, capability, and service delivery to enhance business outcomes and elevate customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

LMS Strategy Design: Support a comprehensive Learning Technology strategy that aligns with the overall learning strategy, integrates with other learning technologies and complements broader Human capital systems. Assess, evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge learning technology solutions to meet organizational needs.Learning Tech Requirements and Implementation: Identify and develop Learning tech requirements, help manage vendor selection processes, and oversee the implementation of chosen solutions.Mobile Learning Strategy: Support formulation of and execute strategies for mobile learning technologies to ensure accessibility and engagement.Knowledge Capital Strategy: Design and support the execution of knowledge capital strategies to optimize knowledge sharing and retention.Collaboration Systems Analysis: Analyze and develop social networks and other collaboration systems to foster communication and teamwork.Integrated Dashboards and Portals: Create integrated talent, performance, and learning dashboards and portals to provide comprehensive insights and analytics.Proposal and SOW Writing: Support creating detailed proposals and statements of work to outline project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.Learning Tools and Methodologies: Recommend innovative learning tools, methodologies, and thought leadership to drive learning excellence.

As a Learning Technology Senior Consultant within the Workforce Transformation practice, you will focus on increasing business impact and optimizing the learning function by enhancing learner centricity and experience, improving operational efficiency, and aligning learning programs with business strategy. In this role, you will support various Digital Learning Experience and Learning Advisory projects, such as:

Learning Experience DesignLearning Curation Strategy & ExecutionDigital Learning StrategyLearning Operations Assessment and AnalysisLearning Transformation Strategy and Roadmap DevelopmentLearning Organization and Governance DesignCurriculum Analysis, Design, and Rationalization

Additionally, you will:

Contribute to practice development initiatives, including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.Support business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 4 years learning-related experience in consulting or industryMinimum of 4 years experience serving on project teams on Learning Technology Strategy engagementsMinimum of 2 years experience supporting LMS Strategy designAbility to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available 

Preferred:

4+ years of consulting experienceExperience implementing Cornerstone, Saba, Workday, Docebo and/or Success Factors LMS Strong client presence with project management, presentation, and facilitation skillsAbility to succeed in team-based or independent environments Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneously Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to create and manage client relationships and develop business Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500. 

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
