Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Lease Administration Analyst in Toms River, New Jersey. This position primarily revolves around managing real estate records and processing payments. You will be working remotely, addressing queries, and maintaining relationships between landlords and tenants. Responsibilities: • Manage a significant number of real estate records with precision and efficiency • Conduct rent payment processing and track the status of payments received/sent • Review variant reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency • Process multiple supplemental and expedited payment profiles, ensuring timely transactions • Enhance relationships between landlords and tenants, serving as a key point of contact • Address open queries, providing clear and prompt responses • Maintain logs notes reports and security deposits, ensuring all documents are up to date • Collaborate with the financial analyst team for OpEx tracking • Demonstrate basic accounting skills and knowledge in AP/AR • Utilize advanced Excel and reporting skills for data management and analysis • Apply knowledge of Lease Admin System and Co-Star or Salesforce for effective task completion Requirements • Proficiency in Reporting and Microsoft Excel is mandatory • Experience in Training and setting up Procedures is required • Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP), Invoicing, and Payment Processing is essential • Knowledge of Budget Processes and Cash Activity management is crucial • Ability to Review and manage Databases is necessary • Experience with Design and Audit processes is important • Supervising skills and proficiency in About Time software is needed • Background in Finance, Reconciliations, and Correspondence is required • Ability to perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks and handle Financial Notes is a must • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, is important • Knowledge in Real Estate and Tax related matters is necessary • Ability to handle Queries and perform Financial Analysis is crucial Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
