Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Lease Administration Analyst in Toms River, New Jersey. The position plays a crucial role in our operation, focusing on confirming changes in landlords/ownerships, updating remittance and contact information, and managing supplier information changes. This role also involves handling and modifying banking data. Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and efficient changes in landlords and ownership entities. • Update remittance, EFT, and contact information regularly. • Handle requests for supplier information updates. • Take responsibility for amending banking data. • Review commercial and retail lease data with a keen eye for detail. • Identify potential risks and fraudulent activity within lease data. • Utilize Oracle for lease administration tasks. • Report on lease administration activities and findings. • Manage paperwork related to lease administration. • Validate all information involved in lease administration tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Reporting and Planning Processes • Ability to Review and manage Human Resources (HR) Administration • Experience with the software 'About Time' • Competence in handling Paperwork and Retail tasks • Willingness to Travel for work purposes • Knowledge of Oracle software is essential • Comfortable with Video conferencing and Laptop Hardware • Understanding of Entity Formation and Validation Plans • Knowledge of A Plus software is desirable • Experience in dealing with Landlords and managing Remittance processes • Familiarity with Leases, Prescreening, and Lease Administration • Knowledge of EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) is required • Ability to Identify Risks and assess Potential Risk • Understanding of Banking Operation and Commercial Leasing • Skilled in Photocopying/Scanning documents Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
